What are you all using to track feature requests without a full-blown tool? Spreadsheet is falling apart at ~40 requests. Promotion allowed → public reply drafted is there a sane way to find people complaining about the thing you fixed? searching by hand every morning is eating an hour and i still miss the good ones.
